Stagger scroll trigger for individual cms datalist items

I have event cards loading via a datalist. On scroll trigger to slide in. But they all slide in at the same time, as they all appear on the page at the same time.

Is there a way to delay the cms datalist trigger? Say 10 seconds for each event card?
