I’m looking to speed up my site. I understand there’s a lot of video and things going on within site, but the performance is slacking behind.
Would anyone be able to help me with this? I’ve been working with a developer, and he’s great, but the site might be a little complex to speed it up. We’ve reworked the site a few times but need to speed up the process.

Hey, here’s a couple tips :))
Step 1: clean up your unused interactions:
Step 2: clean up your unused css:
Step 3: upload your Google fonts instead of loading them through the dropdown in the site settings in Webflow (if that’s what you’re currently doing).
Step 4: set your nav logo to eager loading instead of lazy load.
Step 5: it looks like you’re loading your videos through Dropbox? Upload them to Webflow instead.
