Speed issues ( I think), can't even scroll up on mobile

I’m having speed issues with my website (I think). I know it’s a mess but I can’t even scroll up on mobile and the desktop version is also pretty slow. Can you please help me?

Hey, experiencing the same thing here haha, it wont even scroll up on my mobile. However, scrolling down seems to be no issue.
