Space between sections

I cant figure out why I have space between two sections. Its causing a problem because Im trying to put in a wave image and its not flowing into the next section like it should.

I looked at other posts similar but none answered my question. I don’t have excess space in the margins. What am I missing

Space is between “Your Problem” section and “Section 12”

Id be super grateful if someone can help me with this.

Sorry I figured it out! haha but couldn’t figure out how to delete this post. I had 40 set on the container margin on the second section.
