SOS tablet/mobile menu won't open?

Hello

When I click the menu burger icon on tablet and mobile nothing happens, what could be going wrong with my set up?

I’ve also had problems with the sites’ responsiveness across smaller screen sizes - but the inability to open the mobile menu is the main blocker. Could someone take a look and tell me what could possibly be the issue?
