Sorting CMS Content after custom fields inside the CMS Collections (Admin)

I’m currently struggling with finding a way to sort and filter CMS items inside the admin dashboard (See screenshot) after specific custom fields.

Sometimes Webflow will take a custom field and make it filterable, sometimes custom fileds don’t appear at all inside the CMS Collection lists. Is there any sure way to actually include custom fields as filter options? Because it seems to be working for some fields but not for others.

As you can see, in this CMS Collection one of the Custom Fields is at least visible, which makes it easier to search for specific entries.

Any Guidance on how Webflow determines what Custom Fields are included into the CMS Lists?

You’re just talking about the admin view?

Top right there is a little pin icon, click that to choose which columns are displayed. Most field types can be shown, but not richtext, images, videos…

Some are sortable, click the column heading. Some are not.

Record filtering is top- the “Filter” button. It does the job but not convenient to save filter configs, and switch filtering on and off.
