Really strange that some elements on designer not seen on live site. And this happened recently. Several times I tried to republish, but no change at all…
I just use Weglot codes, and lang options fall to different subdomains, but I do not know if the problem is about Weglot.

I had already added before sending the post but forgot some paranthesis befor the link. Just fixed it.

That element is rendered as styled so I am not sure what issue you are experiencing on your end.
So interesting that Google’s tag manager code caused it, just deleted the code and site is normal now.
I missed that since I block Google tracking scripts in my browsers. Glad you found a solution.
