If anyone still looking for dynamic CMS checkboxes. Check the cloneable below:

Not the most ideal method but it works. =)

  1. Checkboxes are created using ‘HTML Embed’ element.
  2. The ID and Name are dynamic fields.

Still looking for a way to rename the ‘Name’ field dynamically without using HTML embed. If anyone know how to do it, that will be great. =)
