[solved]Blur CMS background image without impacting titles on top

Hey everyone,
I am pulling my hear since a few hours with what appears to be very simple.

I am creating a team collection page where visitors can have a detailed presentation of each member. I was inspired by this page: HR Software | People Data & Analytics | Hiring | Onboarding | Compensation |Culture | BambooHR Software
A portrait is blurred and some titles appear on top of it. Of course not blurred themselves so that they can be read.

My problem is right at the top of the page. I am trying to blur the background picture of my hero section, but when I do, it impacts all the titles I put on it as well.Again I think it is linked with the CMS BG image settings as it is easy to do it when it comes to non-CMS images.

I would like to be able to have something like this in the end: Image field - Webflow CMS tutorial - YouTube
I will also call it back from collection to show it clean, that’s why I don’t want to upload a blurred picture.

Thank you very much for your help
