Social Media Links/Icons on CMS Page Showing When There's No Link in CMS Field

In regards to two CMS template pages:
Teachers Template
Authors Template

As far as I know, link blocks should only show on the template page if there’s actually a link input in that CMS field.

Right now, all link blocks/social media icons are showing even when there’s not a link input.

Any suggestions on why? Or is this a bug?
