Slider does not work anymore after changig images

Hi there, today I changed the picture in a slide-show and as a result it is not working anymore.
Until now it all worked well, when I changed the pictures once in a while.
I really hove no idea what’s wrong, because I did not change anything else.
Can anybody help me with this?

I only published my changes to this betaversion, which I use to test before ’really‘ publishing. The official site is still online with a working slideshow (http://www.dmsw.de)
