Slidebar of the Browser effects the Layout - still having problems

Hello everybody,
when i publish my side, the added scrollbar (vertical) shifts and effects the layout. The Slidebar is effected up to the 2nd backgroundpicture. Fixed it for a short time, by giving the right side an inner slidebar. But the problem came back. Completele weird. Is there a possibility to fix that?

In the preview in webflow everything is good. Also when i change the window size in the browser slightly, it is gone.
