Site won't load on my mobile phone

I built a quick site with a custom domain. After publishing, it worked on desktop browser but wouldn’t load on my phone (iPhone 13) but worked on other people’s phones. I would get the “Safari can’t find this server” message. After searching for advice I tried:

  • restarting phone
  • removing background images
  • publishing through Safari instead of Chrome
  • checking DNS settings

Nothing worked.

Then I tried disconnecting from my home wifi. BINGO! It worked.

I’m glad I resolved this but it’s kinda maddening. Why would this be happening?

The issue seems to be related to your Wifi and not Webflow.
