Site unpublished - client billing disappear and hosting too

Hi,

I woke up this morning and realized that https://www.lavoieouverte.com (made with webflow) was unpublished and when I go to the site settings the hosting subscription has disappear, as well as the client billing.

Please someone knows what’s going on here ?

You got the automatic client billing on this site right ?
I already had this kind of issue, appears that the credit card of my client was blocking the hosting subscription. (worked once but not for the second automatic payment).
We changed the credit card and now everything is working perfectly.

French note Ils sont peut être dans la même banque, ça serait intéressant de savoir ou ils sont et que je me renseigne auprès de mon client aussi pour voir si c’est un truc lié à une banque précise
