Site showing un-secure but only one one comuter

Our website has been up and running for a few months now, but my director’s computer shows our site to be un-secure. I don’t have this issue with any other computer at our school. It looks like he is being directed to http: rather than https:, but I don’t know much about that. When I search, I mostly get results on how to force your browser to not default to https, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. We’ve typed it in manually, tried going to it from a link, copied and pasted, but nothing will get him to the page without first warning him it is unsafe. He is using an iMac computer running the latest version of Chrome browser. I have the same setup, but do not have this problem at all. Here is a read only link to our website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Paul_Gary,

Thanks for your post and for reaching out for help. It could be something related to the users browser such as a browser extension, I might suggest they try to open the browser in incognito mode, then type in the domain.

If that does not work, there might be something about the dns cache for the user, one thing that can be done is to flush the dns cache. Without knowing what kind of computer they are on, I would advise to do a search on the internet on how to do that on the computer they are using.

Also if the user is behind a company firewall, I would check that there are no blocks to the webflow.io or main domain url.

If the issue still persists, I would recommend to contact to the Webflow support team via the contact page to get help with private account information.

I hope this helps
