Site note scrolling -- all overflows set to visible (pulling my hair out)

Hi Webflowers!
When I published my site, it does not scroll.

I’ve seen a lot of people with this issue online – however they all have body overflow set to hidden. Changing this to visible seems to solve everyone else’s problems but I have it set to visible and it still doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?
