There seems to be MANY issues with the published view on device/computer screens being different than shown in Designer.
I’m continually fighting similar to yours.

Refreshing browser page in Designer clears the issue SOMETIMES!
SOMETIMES it requires making a major change in Designer, Publishing, go back and delete the change, re-Publish.
When I first started having this problem I thought it was a Settings issue - IT IS NOT!
The issue is with WF being online software. I know, at least relative to my tiny image issue, the problem is caused by the transfer of bits (code) to WF for processing then back to browser not acting like a new cached image. Clearing browser cache then Publishing cures the issue - SOMETIMES!
At times done NOTHING but wait a few minutes, re-Publish and all is normal.
Andre, if you’re looking for some help from the community you’ll need to share your designer readonly link. Share it from the page you’re having difficulties on so we can find it, plus some details on what you’re expecting to see.
hi @JimF your response is not relevant to the request as your issue is related to images. If you do not have a constructive response or solution to @Andre_Fudge request please keep the request focused on the issue itself.

The OP stated that the ‘site’ (assume published site) is not showing what the ‘project’ (Designer) shows.
Different elements from mine? Sure! Same issue? YES❗️
