Site not loading after manual domain renewal

My domain expired (godaddy) recently. It’s only been a few days but I manually renewed it today. Yet the site is still not loading. I’m aware that domain changes can take up to 48 hours but just was wondering in case they’re something I’m missing.

I’ve checked the DNS setting aswell and they seem to be ok

Also when I go onto the domain it’s displaying a www.www before the domain.

Is that something I need to look into?
