Site Jitters when manually scrolling to the footer

Hello all, I can’t seem to find a solution to this problem.

As I scroll down to the footer section of the ArkBM homepage, the whole site jitters a bit. It’s driving my partner and I crazy. Any ideas on how to fix this irritating bug?

Hey Jimmy. I have tried viewing the site on multiple browsers IE, Chrome, Mozilla and even Opera. Cant seem to spot a jitter. Everything is scrolling smoothly and interactions work as expected. Could you provide a screencast of what you are seeing on your end?
