Site down - DNS fine, hosting paid up

Our site is down and I cannot figure out how to get it back active. I have clients tearing their hair out and the fact that it’s a 1-2 day support lead time is very unhelpful overall:

Our hosting CC was declined, but this was only 7 days ago - well within the grace period. We changed the card details this morning and all is well but the website still isn’t active and we still get an NXDOMAIN error when trying to access it. The DNS hasn’t changed, still points to the proper IPs. I’ve republished the site a bunch of times to no avail, I cannot figure out why it wont come back online when every area is green.

Hey @IT_Inno what is your Domain name? That will help us narrow down the issue. :+1:

One thing to keep in mind is that the www version of your domain should generally be the default. If it is not, set it as default and publish your site again.
