Site Can't Be Accessed by Client at their Location

A site I recently published for a client is working everywhere except for internally at the client’s location. They have a firewall set up, so their IT support needed to map the domain to the corresponding IP addresses.

However, their IT Support said that he was unable to get any results for the IP addresses I provided when he attempted to do a forward DNS lookup.

I made sure that I had correctly set up the A records that were provided by Webflow when I published the site. Please let me know how I need to go about fixing this issue.

Here is my site Read-Only: LINK
(how to share your site Read-Only link)

Were you able to look at the link? If so, do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

It looks like it’s on their network. What’s the primary domain set to in Project Settings, www.okhc.org or okhc.org?

the primary is set to www.okhc.org
