Site background doesn't behave as set for published site

I have set my background image to “fixed”, and when previewing on Webflow, works fine, even works on a published site on PC.
But when I open a published website with my phone, image acts as though it’s set to “not fixed”.

Hey @Laleesh, perhaps also set your background image to Fixed

@bullshark It was set that way before I posted. I was playing around with it and I guess it wasn’t saved when I reverted it back to “fixed”.

I wonder if it has something to do with using the Body element. Perhaps do a quick test using a Div instead of the Body like below (Body 12 class was renamed Page Wrap).

Otherwise make the Page Wrap position: relative and add another Div or Image element for the background with position: fixed

@bullshark I tried all of those, and nothing works…

@Laleesh what about removing the 100 svh?

@bullshark It’s set to “cover”.

Make the Page Wrap position: relative and add another Div for the background with position: fixed (I had incorrectly said absolute before :blush:)

@bullshark Ohh, that worked!
Bless you, friend.

I completely forgot about positioning posibilities.
