Hello

I’m experiencing an issue where my Webflow site is not accessible in Australia. The site is functioning correctly in other regions, but users in Australia are unable to access it. I’ve connected my site to a custom domain hosted by Hostinger.

I ran a diagnostic tool, which flagged an issue stating: “Index page missing. Directory and file listing permitted.” However, I’ve ensured that my homepage is correctly set as the default in Webflow and have republished the site.

Could you please assist in troubleshooting this issue? Specifically, I’d like to confirm:

  1. Whether there might be any server-side settings or configurations in Webflow that could be affecting accessibility in certain regions, particularly Australia.
  2. If there are any additional steps I should take to resolve the “index page missing” issue.

What’s the site?

I suppose it’s possible there was a CDN deployment issue, you could unpublish and republish.

Anything beyond that is a systems issue, you’d need to talk to Webflow support.

If your website isn’t showing in Australia, here are some troubleshooting steps for you…

1- Ensure that DNS records are correct.
2- Ensure that DNS records aren’t conflicting with any old records, in case you already had the domain name linked to another website in past, try removing the old records.
3- If you just published your website, just give it some time, it might still be propagating.
