Sidescroll on mobile due to YT video Embed

Yo yo!

Quick questions that’s driving me wild.

Have our blog pages set up and, generally, am happy enough with them.

One issue we have is that if we embed a YouTube video within a rich-text block we get an awful overflow and, as a result, sidescroll on mobile devices.

I’ve tried limiting the width to 100% and a bunch of other measurements to no avail. While the text remains within whatever guidelines I set, that damn YT video spills over as far as it pleases.

Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this?

Hey @PJBoyle !

I might be missing something, but is there a reason why you’re using an HTML embed instead of just adding a video URL in the post body?

It’s pretty obvious actually @clarksaxby.

The reason I didn’t use add the video URL is because I’m an idiot.

Hope that clears things up… :grimacing:

P.S - thank you!

Ahaha, noo you’re not an idiot :joy:

I’m glad I was able to help!
