Sidebar with position fixed and smooth scroll

Hi,

i was wondering how to enable smooth scrolling with fixed sidebar? Everything works fine when it collapses to the top but on large devices i can’t smooth scroll to the full viewport section below first, only to third and fourth. It seems that fixed position on sidebar causes this kind of behaviour. Anyone had a similar situation?
