Show button in a specific minute of Video

I’m trying to get a button to appear on a website when a video reaches 10 minutes of playback.

I know that it can be done with webflow animations but not if someone stops de video or fast forward some seconds/minutes. Does anyone know any script so that the button appears at minute 10 of the video even if someone stops / fast forward?
