Shopping cart bug (items disappear at checkout)

Hello there. I am having a serious problem with ecommerce on one of my sites - Tauroentertainment.com

The checkout process looks to work fine until the user starts entering their details. At that point, the items in the cart disappear.

Here is the cart with a blank form field showing everything working fine.

Here is what it looks like when I insert information in the fields and the products disappear.

This is confusing shoppers and costing us sales today. Please help.

I have the same issue. But only when I try a shipping method that isn’t flat-rate. Sounds like they’re on the case.

I got a reply from them today saying they shipped a fix, but am still experiencing the problem. Anyone else find a solution?

Mine seems to work. Has anyone tried weight-based shipping and had success?
