Setting up Custom Domain / goDaddy says > We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us

Hi, I’m trying to setup the custom domain but the
goDaddy DNS settings aren’t allowing me to get into them [ to even change the A name or CName setup ]

Wondering if > @samliew and @cyberdave could take a peek, it seems you’ve helped others in this area of struggle / thank you both for any help you can provide.

It seems the Nameservers are somehow locking up these settings elsewhere.
The clients current site is hosted by another company, so guessing they are the
NS1.SFBHOST.COM

— Here’s the error – [ attached screenshot from goDaddy below also ]

Using custom nameservers
Nameserver
NS1.SFBHOST.COM
NS2.SFBHOST.COM

I looked into my other domains I host at goDaddy and see this being used

Using default nameservers
Nameserver
NS51.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
NS52.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

Q: Are these the goDaddy Nameservers I should be using as default?

Hi @LvnLife, it seems you have to go into another host to modify your DNS names.

Godaddy it where you purchased the domain, but if you have your emails in the other host name you should make those changes in the other server provider.
