Setting anchor link in a blog article on same page

Hello,

i have created an article in the blog section. At the beginning I have “table of content” with some 12 listed titles which is on the same page. The page have round about 4,000 words. It’s a seo text.

How can I link the listed titles in the table of content, to the section on the page. I even can’t edit in the CMS > Blog Post area, but also not on the selected Page > Blog CMS Template Page. the content is not editable.

Any tips how can I set a bunch of links to the text titles.

i.e.

  1. title one
  2. title two
  3. title three.

in the text area are titles like
h2 Title one

and if I click ont table of contents link one… they should switch to h2 title one.
