I have 4 forms on a Webflow site that each need to direct to individual email addresses. This is not possible using Webflow. Can anyone advise how to do this using Zapier? Essentially, I need to take form A and forward to it to person A, Form B and transfer this to Person B, etc.

When in Zapier, there is a field that says “What would you like to automate”. You can type in “I want to send a Webflow form submission to an email address” and it will walk you though the steps. Make sure that you’ve assigned a name to each form to configure who it goes to.
Use Zapier to route each Webflow form to a specific email by setting up separate Zaps: (1) In Zapier, create a New Zap and select Webflow as the trigger app. (2) Choose Form Submission as the trigger event and connect your Webflow site. (3) Add a Filter step to check which form was submitted (e.g., Form A, Form B). (4) Use Email by Zapier or another email service (like Gmail) as the action step, specifying the recipient based on the form. (5) Repeat for each form with its respective recipient. This ensures each form submission goes to the correct email. Let me know if you need help setting it up.
