will all the SEO setting and google analytics tracking still work if i export the code and host it on my own servers?
I Just wanted to make sure because I couldn’t find a straight answer.

yes. When you export… you receive pure html (title / meta / etc) and js (ie: google analytics script).
It’s as if you created the site by hand.
