Section overlapping

Good morning everyone,
I’m trying to move the contact section of the site under the partners section, but when I do this, the contact section seems to be under the parters one.
No clue whats going on. When I try to add a new section under partners, it also seems to overlap it.
Any ideas?

You can solve this by changing the positioning of Div Block 10, which is the direct child of your section Partners from Absolute to Relative.
