Section overflow cut off in Design view?

In design view, one of my bottom sections is half cut off. When it’s published it’s not cut off.

I’m guessing it’s from when I used a % margin or somewhere, but I’ve gone through every section and container and don’t see any element with a percentage.

When I switch to Tablet or Mobile views in Designer, the section is fully displayed.

It’s visible to me in the designer in safari.

Thank you for checking! I’m using Chrome, so maybe it’s a bug here.
