Section not showing until I resize the window up and down

Hi, I’ve got a weird bug on one of my pages. It used to work fine but I noticed that one section is not showing up anymore but if I resize the window and put it back, the section magically appear.

It’s not hidden, because when I inspect the page and hover my mouse on where the section is suppose to be, I can see the divs. They’re here, but they’re not.

Here is a screenshot of the “phantom” divs in the inspect tab :

Issue is on 2_section_recommandation.

Issue have been resolved with custom CSS (!important).
