Section Linking not smooth

Hi, I saw a post that said that section linking should now be smooth but I am not seeing that in my site. It’s not smooth scrolling. How do I get it to do so?

Where are the section links on your site?

I made the top_header a section. At the bottom of the page I have a button called UP that I wanted to have smooth scroll to the top of the page.

Hmmm. I just added top-header to the id for the top-header class and it worked for me. It wasn’t set on that element (couldn’t find where you set that id before).
