Section is frozen on screen

My cat appears to have done something magical as it walked across my keyboard. A section that is normally halfway down the page is now stuck on the screen, no matter where I scroll:

(the grey section won’t move; I can’t even see the rest of that section)

I was foolish and closed and reopened the browser before trying to hit undo. I’ve looked at the settings and can’t figure out what I selected.

Help?!

Your “with the right training” section is placed in the NavBar.

Drag it into the correct position… which would place it at the 4th Section I believe.
