Section background odd interaction with embedded background video

Hey friends,

Is having some trouble after I implemented a background video.

Check out the differences between this page (with video integration):

and this page (with that embeded code element deleted):

I literally made a copy, and just removed the embed element)
Chiefly, the header image is fixed in one, and not fixed in the other. Also, I’ve seen some issues where the background image behind the heading at the top just goes away sometimes.

Any thoughts?

and it doesn’t seem to be the same issue…
