Search Results page has two Search result rappers

I want to do a lot with my search results page but no matter what I do it’s just weird. But the main thing and first thing that I need to do is somehow delete one of my search results rappers as I somehow have two. If anyone could help me, please do. Thank you.

The rappers are located in column 2 → section in the search results page
