Scrollbar stops working. Have to refresh

I have experienced issues with the scroll bar to go up and down the editor.
This usually happens when I click on one of the mobile views.

Please advise.

Hi @sparkzweb, could you tell me which browser version and operating system you are using?

OS X Mavericks 10.9.1
Google Chrome Version 32.0.1700.102

The latest versions of my OS and browser.

Are you trying to click and drag the scrollbar or are you using the mouse wheel? Do you notice that you are hovering over anything specific when you try to scroll and it doesn’t work?

Nothing specific hovering.

Using the mouse wheel.

It’s really easy to replicate, I just have to go to mobile view.
