Scroll While In View animation won't stop glitching

Hey guys! Could really use some help/

I created a scroll animation on the page josephlazukin.webflow.io , (the section with a chess board and chess piece) in which I have it set to have the hand place down the chess piece while scrolling with section in view

It works perfect UNTIL the section begins to exit screen, where the hand starts flickering back and forth from the initial position to the final position and I cannot seem to get rid of it.

Any help would be awesome! Thanks guys
