I am looking into scroll animation and I am trying to achieve an effect like this: https://highline.huffingtonpost.com/articles/en/poor-millennials/ (specifically the part where the human is running, from left to right and the progress bar doesn’t load further -> in the picture attachment).
Is it possible in webflow to scroll on animation without scrolling the page and then continiue on?
