Here is the website I’m working on.
I have a Footer component, z-index=-10, with a parallax effect in order to appear behind the other sections.
I gave it a scroll animation which works almost as intended on desktop.
In fact, on desktop, I already notice a slight stuttering. It is stronger as you go down into smaller breakpoints. On mobile portrait, it’s heavy. It jumps between several vertical positions between its animated and non-animated ones.
