I think this is too much flexbox for Safari 
If you load your Webflow share link in Safari you ll see the bug “live” in the designer.
I think you should try to rebuild your animation but just using transforms and opacity, since you don’t need Flexbox at all to achieve what you try to do.
It ll be not more complicated and surely easier to fix
