Safari causes some weird issues

My client send me this video using the site on his iPhone 7 through Safari: - YouTube

I checked on all of my devices + the devices of my roommate and noone encountered this problem. A week ago in school another friend of mine tested it on his iPhone and it didn’t happen aswell. So I might have changed a little thing that causes it - maybe (?).

Has anyone of you encountered something similar on safari in the past?

If you can’t duplicate it then it’s not a bug. Did you test using the same hardware and IOS version? Can you provide the IOS version?

I tested with the same hardware, don’t know about the iOS version.

The iOS version the “Glitch” happened is 13.3.1
