Recently < and > characters in rich text block were converted to HTML.

Thanks for posting about this. That is definitely weird!
I tried to reproduce this on my end but was not able to — I used the same syntax shown in your screenshot.
Can you please share your Read-Only link of the affected project?

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue in your project or a new one.
However, if you see this issue come up again, please let us know and we’ll check it out immediately.
That said, we are working on updates to the existing RTE so the issue is likely to be resolved with that.
