Reversing columns in CMS collection

I’m building out the team section for a client site. Utilizing the CMS for team members, they would like a 50/50 split for each team member, Photo on one half and bio on the other half.

I can’t figure out how, but is there a way to alternate each row? First row, picture on the right…second row, picture on the left…and so on?

So far it only pulls the photos in on one side or the other like shown below.
