Is there a way to reveal an element only when the user scrolls back up to the top of the page? I’ve tried using a hidden div as a trigger and using another div to reveal it when it’s scroll into view but the hidden div still seems to be trigging the element even though it is hidden. Making the element appear before the user scrolls back up to the top.
