I am newbie here. Could i ask some questions about Responsive-Off-Canvas-Menu?i have watched some tutorial about making menu. However if i could make Responsive-Off-Canvas-Menu in webflow?

Yes, it is possible to create such menu. And I think it will be more successful with custom made navigation (not generic navigation widget).
Here you can find example Playground - Webflow , @Arthur created several of them on his playground site: http://arthurplayground.webflow.io/push-out-menu.
You can clone it to your dashboard and check how it was done.
