Responsive fixed Row Column?

Hello guys, trying to make light box inside row column:

  1. to strecth 100% row height (it’s ok, I’ve done it)
  2. to be fixed, so even if 1st row column is scrollable, 2nd always remains it’s place.

I try to make to make position → fixed, but I want to make it responsive, not static, it works bad in this case, thanks for attention, guys.
