Hello Community! This is my first post so I hope I am doing this right.
I have a content category list that has a horizontal scroll (mostly for mobile purposes). It allows the user to filter content in the section below it based on the category selected.
The horizontal scroll instructions found on the forums were super helpful. Two issues I cannot seem to fix:

The horizontal scroll in the designer shows the full category list which extends beyond the page. However, I am unable to scroll through the full list when previewing. Why am I only to scroll a tiny amount and not through the full list of categories?

Once I added the horizontal scroll (I think) my site now scrolls left to right with a shake effect. How can I stop this from happening?
Thank you so much. I’ve scrolled through so many posts related to horizontal scrolls but cannot seem to find this specific fix.
